No Refund Policy
Exchanges Only
At TruDivine Apparel, we value your satisfaction. However, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges and returns in store credit are available under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may exchange it or recieve store credit. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- If you recieve a product that is the wrong size you may exchange it or recieve store credit. The product must be in the same condition it was recieved in.
- You must request the exchange within 15 days of receiving the product.
- We do not refund any shipping or handling charges. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at trulydivine.help@gmail.com with the subject line "Return."
- Please include Any relevant documentation or evidence to support your claim
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If your request is approved for an exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and receive the correct size.
False Charge backs: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
